Job summary

ProSync is seeking a passionate Program Manager to lead cyber defense operations, monitoring, threat analysis, incident response, and management of security tools supporting a live SOC.

Qualifications include 10+ years in federal SECOPS program management, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and certifications such as PMP; CISSP/GCIA/GCIH desirable. Clearance needed but sponsorship may be unavailable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in federal SECOPS program management.
• PMP certification recommended; CISSP/GCIA/GCIH or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, IR playbooks, and forensics workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SOC operations, incident management frameworks, and service delivery excellence.
• Serve as strategic engagement point with DoS leadership for cyber response capabilities.
• Ensure resources meet mission demands for monitoring, response, threat hunting, and intelligence.
