Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead cyber defense operations, monitoring, threat analysis, and incident response for a live SOC. The role requires strong SECOPS experience and familiarity with security tooling and SIEM monitoring.

A clearance and defense contracting background are highly valued. The PM will engage DoS leadership, ensure mission readiness, and supervise incident response workflows, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal SECOPS program management experience.
• PMP certification is recommended; CISSP/GCIA/GCIH or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, IR playbooks, and forensics workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cyber defense operations, monitoring, threat analysis, incident response, and management of security tools for a live SOC.
• Provide strategic oversight of cyber defense and monitoring missions.
• Engage DoS leadership for cyber response capabilities.
• Ensure resources meet mission demands for monitoring, response, threat hunting, and intelligence.
• Oversee SOC performance monitoring, incident workflows, threat intelligence operations, daily reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries.
