Job summary

RxSight, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst of SEC Reporting to support external reporting, stock-based compensation accounting, and the preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy).

This onsite role is based at our headquarters in Aliso Viejo, CA, and requires strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance. The ideal candidate will have CPA with Big 4 experience, plus a background in SEC reporting and stock-based compensation within a medical device environment.

Qualifications

• CPA and Public/Big 4 accounting experience preferred.
• Previous experience in SEC reporting and share-based compensation.
• Experience in medical devices preferred.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy Statements) and review Form 4 filings.
• Prepare stock-based compensation accounting entries and related schedules.
• Maintain reporting calendar and monitor deadlines.
