Job summary

The LaSalle Network in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Senior Analyst – SEC Reporting to join the Corporate Accounting team. This in-house role offers exposure to leadership and a path toward an SEC Reporting Manager role as you grow.

Responsibilities include filing external reports and supporting technical memos, with cross-functional collaboration across finance, legal, tax, and internal audit. A CPA and Big 4 exposure are preferred signals for readiness.

Qualifications

• SEC reporting exposure including financial statement preparation and disclosures.
• Strong U.S. GAAP foundation and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders across the business.
• Ability to manage deadlines during quarterly/annual reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, earnings releases, proxy materials, and other external reporting deliverables.
• Assist with technical accounting research and drafting memos under U.S. GAAP.
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, and operational accounting.
• Support audit and compliance needs, including elements of SOX/internal controls as applicable.
• Help drive process improvements and take ownership of key reporting workstreams over time.
