ACA Group is a leading GRC provider serving private funds and large asset managers. The role focuses on conducting mock regulatory examinations and reviews of compliance programs for our clients, while also expanding services across the ACA enterprise.

The ideal candidate has current or recent SEC private funds experience, 7+ years in the industry, and the ability to engage regulators and senior clients with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications

• Current or recent private funds related experience as an examiner or attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
• Advanced knowledge of federal securities laws and related rules and regulatory positions thereunder.
• Executive presence and ability to interact with regulators and high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist mock regulatory examinations and compliance program reviews.
• Identify and develop business opportunities across ACA to broaden services for clients.
• Raise ACA brand awareness through articles, speaking engagements, and client presentations.
• Identify and manage internal projects and initiatives.
