CiresiMorek, a Cleveland-based executive search firm, is seeking an experienced Search Consultant to lead searches across manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial markets. You will source, recruit, interview, present candidates, and manage the process from initial outreach to placement.

You’ll work directly with clients, build candidate pipelines and market maps, and juggle multiple searches and stakeholders.

Competenze

• 3+ years of agency recruiting or search experience.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or related markets.
• Proven ability to manage a volume of searches and competing priorities.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing skills; you know how to find people who aren’t actively applying.
• Comfortable interviewing and assessing manager-through-executive-level candidates.
• Confident communicating directly with clients and senior-level candidates.
• Organized, responsive, and able to keep multiple searches moving.
• Competitive and motivated by making placements.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems.
