Job summary

Veriforce in Burlington, MA seeks a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and build pipeline for our SaaS platform in high-risk industries. You will identify target accounts, engage stakeholders in HSE, Procurement, and Operations, and create qualified opportunities for the Sales team.

You’ll work with a modern sales stack (SF, Salesloft, Navigator, ZoomInfo) and use AI-assisted tools to improve outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven quota-carrying SDR/BDR with clear results.
• B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Outbound experience including cold calling and multi-touch outreach.
• Experience with modern sales stack (SF, Salesloft, Navigator, ZoomInfo) and AI tools.
• Ability to work independently with a productive daily structure.
• Clear, concise communication with personalized outreach.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling and multi-touch outreach.
• Research, segment, prioritize, and develop target accounts and territories.
• Engage stakeholders in target functions and book discovery calls.
• Identify ICPs and personas; tailor messaging accordingly.
• Maintain clean Salesforce records and follow up consistently.
• Deliver well-qualified discovery calls to the Sales team.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance prospecting and outreach.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns and pipeline-building.
• Contribute ideas to improve messaging and cadences.
