Job summary

Veriforce, a global leader in contractor and supply chain risk management, seeks a Senior Sales Development Representative in Covington, LA. You will own front end of the sales process, prospecting target accounts and booking discovery calls to fuel pipeline growth.

You bring proven quota-carrying B2B SaaS experience, strong outbound skills, and comfort using Salesforce, Salesloft, and AI-assisted tools to optimize outreach and collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Proven quota-carrying SDR/BDR with measurable results.
• B2B SaaS sales experience required.
• Outbound prospecting experience including cold calling.
• Experience with modern sales tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting through cold calling and multi-touch outreach.
• Research, segment, prioritize, and develop target accounts and territories.
• Engage stakeholders (HSE, Procurement, Operations) and book discovery calls.
• Identify ICPs and tailor messaging for different personas.
• Maintain clean Salesforce records and follow up consistently.
• Deliver well-qualified discovery calls to the Sales team.
• Use AI tools to enhance prospecting and outreach.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns and pipeline-building.
• Suggest improvements to messaging and outreach cadences.
