Amazon's S3 Vectors team is seeking a Software Development Manager III to lead a high-performing group focused on green-field development of a serverless vector store at scale. As an SDM in S3, you will mentor engineers, own technical decisions, and partner with product teams to deliver robust services that power trillions of objects with high durability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management.
• 7+ years working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi tier web services.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
