Job summary

Luxoft in the United States seeks a senior technical leader to own and evolve our Enterprise Developer Experience and SDLC platforms. You will set technical strategy, drive adoption, automation, and governance while ensuring stability, security, and scalable delivery of critical engineering services.

You will partner with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Application teams, acting as platform owner for developer tooling.

Qualifications

• First weeks on site in Buffalo NY or Wilmington Delaware, after that, remote with some travelling during the year.
• Experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, governance and security tooling.
• Experience with software development lifecycle platforms and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Responsible at the expert level for engineering, operating, and evolving enterprise Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Developer Experience platforms. Drives technical strategy, standards, adoption, automation, and continuous improvement across the software delivery ecosystem while ensuring the stability, scalability, security, and resiliency of critical engineering services.
• Serves as a senior technical leader and subject matter expert for enterprise developer platforms, enabling software engineers to efficiently and securely develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Provides technical leadership, platform expertise, and engineering guidance while partnering across Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, and Application Development teams.
