Responsibilities

• Resolves issues and bugs reported, performs incident resolution and problem management.
• Translates business requirements to design and develop the product.
• Create weekly reports for client and internal purposes.
• Review the code sent by offshore, fix bugs, development, testing and ensure top quality deliverable to client.
• Track status and manage offshore team and report to PM.
• Ensures best practices for CMS are followed and coding standards are met.
• Proactively identify potential risks to meeting project deliverables.
• Create Project management reports, project schedules and track them.
