• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on SDET or test-automation experience.
• Proficient in reading/writing C# within a codebase.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
• Own the test automation framework end to end.
• Manage automated test source, pipelines, and work items in Azure DevOps.
• Analyze software architecture for testability with developers.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Define and track quality metrics to improve automation.
• Coordinate with globally distributed test automation resources.
• Identify, document, and prioritize defects with severity assessments.
• Champion scalable automation strategies to accelerate releases.
