Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a test automation engineer to join our remote-capable team. You will migrate and port test suites, scripts, and Jenkins pipelines to ARM targets, and develop PyTest frameworks to validate core compute and kernel functionality under automated stress conditions.

Candidates should have hands-on Jenkins/Groovy, Docker/QEMU virtualization, and multi-architecture build scripting experience. A BS/MS in CS/EE/Math or related field is required, with strong automation skills.

Job Description

• Port existing test suites, scripts, and Jenkins pipeline jobs to execute natively or via emulation on ARM hosts.
• Develop Python PyTest frameworks to validate core compute and kernel functionality under automated stress conditions.
• Implement and maintain QEMU emulation wrappers within build pipelines to enable rapid software verification.
• Debug test failures, build pipeline errors, and environment mismatches across architecture targets.

Requirements

• CI/CD Systems: Hands-on experience developing Jenkins shared libraries and Groovy pipeline scripts.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with Linux environments, Docker/QEMU virtualization, and multi-architecture build scripts.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed remotely to be $140,000 to $150,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good-faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
