Job summary

Spectraforce seeks an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a large SAP S/4HANA transformation program for a utility organization in Oakland, CA. The role leads Agile teams, facilitates ceremonies, and coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

Candidates should have 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, Jira expertise, SAFe familiarity, and strong coaching and communication skills to drive ERP implementation and data migration efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise Agile environment.
• Experience supporting an ERP implementation program or SAP support organization.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or major ERP platforms.
• Expert-level experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and Agile metrics.
• Experience working in SAFe or scaled Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery model.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and impediment.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for 1–2 Agile teams supporting SAP S/4HANA delivery.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement session.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SAP Consultants, and System Integrators to maintain and prioritize backlog.
• Track team velocity, burndown, sprint progress, and Agile metrics.
• Remove impediments and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstream.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Architects, and program stakeholder.
• Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other scaled Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure alignment between Agile teams and traditional PMO governance requirement.
• Support integration with waterfall-driven activities such as data migration, testing.

Must-Have Requirement
