Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Senior Scrum Master to serve as a recognized authority and strategic facilitator for development teams supporting government missions. You will bridge vision and execution, ensuring the product delivers maximum business value and aligns with mission goals.

You will lead Scrum processes, manage backlogs, coordinate with product owner and management, and remove impediments to help teams meet sprint goals while maintaining security clearances as required.

Qualifications

• Proven authority in leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams for complex projects.
• Experience bridging high-level vision and technical execution.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience and liaison between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery teams and convey product vision to the teams.
• Outline and prioritize work based on business value to maximize mission impact.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure interests are represented in each release.
