Job summary

Responsibilities include facilitating PI planning, aligning objectives, and promoting best practices across teams to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 7+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading Agile teams and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establishes Agile practices for multiple teams and optimize development environments.
• Facilitates coordination across teams, PO, delivery partners, and stakeholders to manage dependencies and PI planning.
• Coaches Product Owners to strengthen backlog health and improve dependency management.
• Partners with RTEs and portfolio managers to align with larger refining objectives.
• Leads team ceremonies, mentors Product Management, and drives Agile adoption across the organization.
