Job summary
Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Program & Portfolio Management - Scrum Master Sr to guide multiple cross-functional teams and an Agile Release Train. Apply SAFe, Scrum, and Lean practices to foster continuous improvement and an agile culture.
You will remove blockers, coach teams and leadership, and partner with stakeholders to optimize flow, metrics and value delivery. A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Lean/Agile leadership are expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 8+ years in Lean/Agile incl three+ years as Scrum Master or Kanban lead.
- Proven success leading multiple Agile teams to maturity and better outcomes.
- Knowledge of Lean/Agile values and SAFe/ Scrum/ Kanban.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Self-starter who can prioritize under deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and agile tools.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate progress toward team goals and act as RTE for SAFe ART.
- Challenge old ways to improve quality, predictability, flow and velocity.
- Improve communications and collaboration across teams.
- Eliminate impediments by engaging stakeholders.
- Promote Lean-Agile leadership behaviors at team and program levels.
