Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams in Alabama. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog. You will track progress, remove impediments, and report sprint status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating with QA, developers, and business analysts, ensuring transparency, and promoting continuous improvement through retrospectives. Strong Jira proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum in a fast-paced environment
Certified Scrum Master or similar is a plus
Strong communication and servant leadership skills
Proficient with Jira and agile metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup)

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog.
Track sprint progress and ensure on-time delivery of commitments.
Identify and remove impediments blocking the team.
Monitor metrics like velocity and burn-down charts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Prepare sprint status reports for management.
Support release planning and sprint deliverables.
