Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate a Scrum team, remove impediments, and ensure Scrum processes are followed to achieve sprint goals. The role emphasizes protecting the team, promoting self-organization, and coordinating across teams to maintain focus on deliverables.

The candidate will support the Product Owner with backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while leading estimation and planning ceremonies and maintaining agile artifacts.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Agile-Scrum.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for meeting sprint objectives with the Scrum team.
• Ensure sprint commitments are met.
• Own and help resolve team impediments.
• Support the PO in maintaining the Product Backlog and user stories.
• Facilitate estimation, backlog refinement and planning ceremonies.
• Ensure DOR, DOD, and acceptance criteria are adhered to.
• Protect the team from external interference and enable clear communication.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and report impediments to leadership.
