Qualifications

10+ years experience as a Scrum Master leading a team of 17+ professionals.
Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
Background in financial services, banking, or related financial institutions.
Certified Scrum Master required.

Responsibilities

Drive operational efficiency, team discipline, and execution excellence across the function.
Partner with global stakeholders and collaborate with a peer Senior Manager in India.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Manage escalations effectively and drive issue resolution with a structured approach.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
