Qualifications

Deep, practical understanding of the 2020 Scrum Guide principles.
Experience delivering within a Scaled Agile framework.
Foundational knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Willingness to work early shifts (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) to support global teams.
Based in or able to commute to Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Act as a servant-leader for 2–3 Scrum teams, fostering continuous improvement and self-organization.
Ceremony Facilitation: Plan and facilitate all Scrum events in line with the 2020 Scrum Guide.
Global Coordination: Maintain a flexible daily schedule to overlap with offshore teams.
Scaled Agile Execution: Apply Scaled Agile principles to align team objectives with organizational goals and manage cross-team dependencies.
SDLC Guidance: Guide teams through the SDLC for timely, high-quality increments.
Impediment Removal: Identify and remove blockers to optimize velocity.
