Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support high-performing Agile delivery teams focused on customer-facing technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software delivery within large enterprise environments and leads Agile initiatives across customer service, billing, and digital engagement platforms.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience supporting Agile software delivery, project/program management, or technology teams.
Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams in large enterprise environments using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred).
Strong facilitation experience across all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
Advanced Jira expertise, including workflow management, dashboards, reporting, and migration support.

Responsibilities
