Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a federal program focused on modernizing critical systems through large-scale data migration, cloud transformation, and enterprise modernization initiatives. This on-site role is based in Huntsville, AL, and the Senior Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader for cross-functional migration, ETL, data engineering, and testing teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Facilitator in federal or enterprise programs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives for migration workstream.
• Coordinate across data engineering, ETL, migration, cloud, QA, and DevSecOps teams to align with delivery objectives.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, improve sprint predictability.
• Prepare and communicate sprint metrics, burn-down charts, status reports, and delivery updates to leadership.
• Support data migration outcomes through collaboration with Product Owners, QA, and technical leads.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a company focused on modernizing critical federal systems through large-scale data migration, cloud transformation, and enterprise modernization initiatives. This position is on-site in Huntsville, AL. The Senior Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader for cross-functional migration, ETL, data engineering, and testing teams, ensuring disciplined Agile execution and successful delivery of mission-critical objectives. Responsibilities for the Senior Scrum Master include:

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the migration workstream
• Coordinate across data engineering, ETL, migration, cloud, QA, and DevSecOps teams to ensure alignment with delivery objectives and schedules
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and improve team performance and sprint predictability
• Prepare and communicate sprint metrics, burn-down charts, status reports, and delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Support high-quality data migration outcomes through collaboration with Product Owners, QA teams, and technical leads

Required Qualifications for the Senior Scrum Master include:

• 8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Facilitator supporting federal or enterprise programs
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe frameworks, backlog management, sprint execution, and cross-functional team coordination
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Compensation for the Senior Scrum Master include:

• Salary Range: $130,000 - 140,000 depending on experience
