Eide Bailly is seeking a Scrum Master Senior Manager to lead the Office of Strategy & Technology's delivery efforts, guiding multiple Agile initiatives and establishing consistent delivery standards across teams.

You will direct Scrum Masters, align execution with firm strategy, and manage portfolio planning with visibility into budgets, risks, and outcomes, while partnering with senior leaders to drive value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive project management, Agile delivery, or program leadership experience.
• Leadership of multiple complex initiatives and experience guiding Scrum Masters or delivery teams.
• CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct leadership for Scrum Masters, including performance management, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Leading multiple complex Agile and project-based initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with strategy and governance.
• Establishing Agile and project management standards, templates, governance, and best practices across teams.
• Setting project delivery direction, quarterly planning priorities, and execution approaches.
• Partnering with leaders to plan, prioritize, and sequence work based on value, capacity, risk, and dependencies.
• Overseeing portfolio-level planning, including resources, budgets, cross-team dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Driving consistent execution of Agile ceremonies, governance, and reporting across teams.
• Identifying risks and delivery blockers; implementing mitigation strategies and escalation as needed.
• Providing executive-level communication on delivery health, risks, and decisions.
• Advancing delivery capability through training, communities of practice, and knowledge sharing.
