Job summary

First Citizens in Virginia is seeking a team leader who ensures our product and software development teams follow scrum and agile practices, mentors Scrum Masters, and drives process improvement across multiple projects.

You will coordinate planning, facilitate daily stand-ups, demos, and testing, remove impediments, and report progress and metrics to stakeholders. A strong background in agile leadership and cross-team collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or HS diploma with 12+ years.
• Experience in agile environments and leading Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination – use agile values to plan, manage, and deliver.
• Communication – facilitate daily meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Business Support – plan demos, test product/system, remove impediments.
• Reporting – track processes, deliverables, and financials.
