Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master Associate to support one or more scrum teams by facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating sprint execution, and removing impediments to improve delivery quality.

You will coordinate with Product Teams, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders across co-located, hybrid, or distributed teams, ensuring timely delivery, dependencies, risks, and Roadmap inputs are well managed.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in IT, business operations, product delivery, project coordination, or customer-facing application support environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban) and SDLC practices.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and support meetings across distributed teams.
• Knowledge of system release, deployment, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for one or more scrum teams, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate sprint execution, track action items, dependencies, risks, impediments, and product inputs; ensure timely follow-up and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of System Change Requests and represent SCRs in Change Control Board meetings for review and approval.
• Support production incident management by ensuring tickets are opened, stakeholders are notified, and status updates are provided.
