Green Dot Corporation is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional product and engineering teams. This role is responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle. In the role of Senior Scrum Master, you will be part of a dynamic team who lives by Green Dot’s Core Values: High Performance, Trust, Action, Teamwork and Stewardship.
The Senior Scrum Master is a results-driven individual with proven success in facilitating and coordinating Agile Scrum processes by delivering solutions within the agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality leveraging multiple delivery methodologies. This role requires leadership, together with customer focus, driving engagement, conflict management, adaptability, strong negotiation and effective communication to bring the right focus while effectively optimizing delivery, based on business priorities. You may work with both internal and external partners and will engage with team members across the US and other international locations. You may manage multiple scrum teams and scrum masters. This role will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our teams – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.

The targeted base salary for this position is $105,600 to $158,400 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
