We’re seekinga Senior Scrum Master who brings strong emotional intelligence, organizationalawareness, and the confidence to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomeswithout formal authority. You’ll be a critical thinker with excellentfacilitation and communication skills, able to work creatively and analyticallyto solve complex client challenges. You have experience delivering softwareand/or leading Agile transformation on a scale within large enterprises,including designing and facilitating SAFe training sessions and workshops.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Reporting toour Delivery Operations Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you’ll lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale dataapplications and solutions while establishing the Scrum discipline needed in an environment without a traditional PMO. You’ll drive Agile and Lean practicesthat improve flow, quality, and continuous improvement, facilitating coreceremonies and keeping teams aligned on priorities and delivery. You’ll also partner closely with clients to coach new and existing teams through the culture shift from traditional delivery to Agile ways of working. You’ll dothis within a fast-growing emerging technology space with strong opportunitiesfor growth and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+years’ experience with the Agile framework at Scrum Master role.
• Bachelor’sdegree in Related Field
• ActiveScrum Master Certifications – CSM, PSM or equivalent.
• Passionand drive to help team improve and deliver great products
• Technicalacumen to understand the product and project deliverables.
• Strongverbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate andcommunicate technical artifacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• FacilitatingScrum Process with cross-functional scrum teams for medium/complex Projects.
• Guidescrum team(s) to follow generally accepted Agile practices and daily activitiesto actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for eachSprint.
• Addressingsystemic impediments to team agility and guides the team(s) on methods toescalate when needed to prevent challenges from becoming roadblocks.
• Coachingscrum team(s) to deliver capabilities using agile practices while alsofollowing SDLC, business process mapping, and various release processes asappropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met.
• Communicatingwith different stakeholders, both business and technical, to ensurebusiness-value driven delivery and continuous improvement of the team.
• Partneringwith Product Managers to discuss and resolve their concerns on governancepolicies and adherence to corporate standards.
• Partneringwith Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which mayinclude User stories from multiple projects.
• Identifyingskills and competencies of scrum team members and makes adjustments accordinglyto promote development and highly effective teams.
• Conductingall Scrum ceremonies – Stand-up meetings, Sprint Demo Sessions, SprintRetrospective Session, Sprint Backlog Grooming Sessions and Sprint Planningsessions.
• Reportingtimely progress of Sprint via burn down/burn up charts and other reportingmethods to Product Owners and stakeholders involved.
