Job summary

Pulse Technologies is seeking a CNC Machine Technician III to load programs, set up and operate CNC, screw, and milling machines, and inspect first runs per SPC standards.

You will read blueprints, router and program specifications, set coordinates, adjust offsets, and replace worn tools. The role includes microscope inspection for precision parts and supporting junior technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• Experience with CNC machines and tooling setup is expected.
• Ability to read blueprints, routers, and programs for machining operations.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload programs for CNC machine setups.
• Operate CNC, screw, and milling machines and observe tool positions.
• Read blueprints to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Set work coordinates, offsets, and secure tools/fixtures.
• Perform tool offsets and replace worn tools.
• Clean machines during changeovers and support microscope inspection for precision work.
• Understand and follow SPC requirements for first run and sample parts.
• Assist others and read/write CNC programs as needed.
