Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Business System Staff Analyst for SCM Demand Planning in San Jose. You will translate business requirements into system designs and configurations for demand planning tools, and lead integration with data warehouse, reporting, and other applications.

You will guide development teams, conduct testing, and mentor other contributors while applying agile and traditional project methods in a fast-paced IT organization.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in MIS, Business Admin or CS or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with business systems.
• 5+ years implementing/integrating BlueYonder/JDA Demand Forecasting/ESP/CDP/OP.
• Strong track record designing and optimizing end-to-end SCM planning solutions.
• Data-driven decision maker with ability to explain complex system interactions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business system requirements into design specs, configurations and solutions for demand planning tools.
• Maintain, upgrade and enhance BlueYonder Demand Planning solutions.
• Ensure integration with Data Warehouse, databases, reporting and applications.
• Provide clear instructions to development teams and coordinate testing and user acceptance.
