Qualifications

• PhD required in a textile- or polymer-focused field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on textile finishing or industrial lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and scale aqueous binder/finishing systems with inorganic/bioceramic particles.
• Lead commercial finishing trials (pad-dry-cure, screen printing, spray application).
• Collaborate with suppliers, toll formulators, and mills to optimize formulations and processing.
• Establish textile testing protocols per AATCC/ISO standards.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting and scale-up at partner facilities.
