Job summary

Press Ganey seeks a Senior Research & Analytics Scientist to lead measurement science across healthcare-facing products and benchmarking programs. You will guide survey design, psychometrics, and analytics while ensuring data quality and actionable insights for clients.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Leadership to drive methodological excellence, governance, and innovation in patient experience measurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field with expertise in survey methodology and measurement.
• Minimum 7+ years in survey research, analytics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary methodological authority for products and benchmarking programs.
• Provide scientific leadership on measurement, analytics, and governance decisions.
• Translate complex findings into actionable, business-focused insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and leadership to advance measurement
• Develop and validate benchmarking methodologies and governance standards.
