You will support early and late-stage assets, building deep knowledge of drug product behavior and documenting results for regulatory filings. Active participation in formulation development, teamwork with cross-functional partners, and driving project milestones in a GMP environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters with four years or Ph.D. in Chemical/Biochemical/Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
• Experience with sterile product development and formulation screening.
• Knowledge of protein stability and degradation pathways.
• Familiarity with GMP/GXP manufacturing activities and regulatory documentation.
• Hands-on experience with design of experiments (DOE) and process development.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop sterile products for biologics including injections and ophthalmic routes.
• Coordinate GMP activities and compatibility characterization for drug product processing.
• Document findings in formulation development reports and regulatory filings.
• Lead formulation development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to meet milestones.
