Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Neenah location seeks a Senior Scientist-Projects to lead R&D initiatives for Depend Innovation programs, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing. You will drive projects from consumer insights to design and market launch, mentoring 3–10 team members and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines and partners with Finance to balance budgets while delivering compelling business cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or product development.
• Proven ability to communicate with and influence leaders across R&D and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading projects from idea to execution.
• 15-25% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional R&D team to deliver project goals.
• Identify and drive learning plans, manage project timeline and budget, ensure on-track delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing and Finance to deliver programs with sound business cases.
• Provide work direction, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Regulatory, Quality requirements; interface with other work streams.
