Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Senior Scientist - Projects to lead R&D initiatives for Poise and Depend Light End Innovation. You will drive projects from concept through market launch, partnering with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (engineering or science preferred) and 5+ years in project management or product development, including in-country travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years in project management and/or product development.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading projects from idea to execution; travel 15-25% in-country.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects for Poise and Depend Light End Innovation programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing.
• Provide direction and mentor 3-10 indirect team members.
