Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline relevant to the position.
• Typically requires 10 years with a Bachelor's or 9 years with a Master's.
• 12 to 15 years of professional experience expected.
• Demonstrated expertise in scientific research, problem solving, and project execution.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong analytical, technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound scientific judgment.
• Experience reviewing technical calculations, analyses, and reports for quality.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong client relationships and business development capabilities.
