Job summary
Lilly's API EM organization in Indianapolis seeks a Sr. Scientist to provide technical and scientific expertise for external manufacturing of peptide drug substances. You will monitor processes, respond to issues, and drive improvements in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight for peptide manufacturing processes.
- Lead issue resolution related to control strategy and manufacturing.
- Manage external contract manufacturers to meet global quality standards.
- Document process descriptions, specifications, and validation state.
- Drive continuous improvement and network technical agenda.
- Mentor peers and other scientists.
