Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories in Indiana seeks an Associate Principal Scientist, Large Molecule Bioanalytical to provide technical leadership in method development for complex biologics. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scientifically rigorous solutions supporting drug development programs.

Responsibilities include leading client studies, developing assays, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory-compliant documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Master's degree in science field required.
8+ years of experience in a bioanalytical lab or equivalent.
Experience with antibodies, ADCs or oligonucleotide conjugates (ASOs/PMOs/siRNA).
Experience with large-molecule bioanalytical techniques (MS, CE-SDS, SDS-PAGE, BCA, SEC-HPLC, UV-Vis).
Ability to lead multiple projects, interpret data, and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as Primary Investigator on client studies and communicate progress and results.
Design and execute complex bioanalytical method development experiments.
Evaluate and implement new methods, technologies, and instrumentation.
Prepare technical reports and protocols supporting FDA submissions.
Mentor junior scientists and guide project teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation practices.
Collaborate across functions to deliver studies and provide updates.
