Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. in a science, bioscience, engineering or bioengineering field.
• M.S. with >10 years or Ph.D. with >4 years in relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on laboratory presence and mentorship of scientists.
• Manage timelines for multiple projects.
• Develop experimental strategies for new products and applications in Bioproduction, Gene Therapy and Cell Therapy.
• Lead Bioreactor Scale-up activities and support other R&D teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations for group meetings.
• Analyze and interpret data using statistical tools.
