Qualifications

• Strong expertise in analytical development for synthetic molecules and control strategies.
• Hands-on experience with LC-MS, NMR, DSC, XRPD, and dissolution testing.
• Experience supporting DS/DP, formulation development, and process characterization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chromatography-, capillary-, spectroscopy-, and mass spectrometry-based methods for small molecules, peptides, and oligonucleotides.
• Support analytical characterization, comparability assessments, process development, and control strategy implementation.
• Prepare, review, and approve analytical protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Author and review analytical sections of regulatory submissions and respond to agency questions.
• Document data and findings for regulatory inspection; maintain electronic lab records.
• Maintain instrument qualification, maintenance, and troubleshooting; mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with Analytical Sciences, Process Development, Formulation, Quality, Regulatory, and Research teams.
