Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field with 4+ years of product development experience in CPG/food and beverage.
• Must lead development projects and commercialization across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development across cross-functional projects in Away From Home / KHI business, including innovation and renovation.
• Independently drive projects from formulation through scale-up and start-up.
• Translate business objectives into development plans and drive execution from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and resolve technical issues.
• Support manufacturing plants with troubleshooting, process design, and product quality issues to maintain continuity.
• Lead testing, qualification, and commercialization activities across lab, pilot plant, and production environments.
• Communicate findings and risks clearly to stakeholders and manage timelines and resources.
