Qualifications

• BS with 9+ years, MS with 7+ years, or PhD with 0+ years of relevant experience in computational biology or related field.
• Experience analyzing high-dimensional genomic datasets with reproducible workflows.
• Proficiency in R and Python for statistical analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead computational analysis of single-cell, spatial, and multi-omics datasets.
• Translate genomic data into mechanistic hypotheses and pharmacology interpretations.
• Apply established pipelines and tools for data integration and reporting.
• Integrate cellular genomics data with disease biology and translational datasets.
• Provide input for study design and data-quality interpretation; hand-on wet-lab support if needed.
