Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Scientist in Cell Therapy Analytical Science (ASAT) to support the QC analytical portfolio. You will perform hands‑on laboratory work, execute experiments, and analyze data in bioassay, flow cytometry, and molecular biology methods to ensure assay readiness for regulatory submissions.

The role emphasizes method lifecycle management, data integrity, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive quality and compliance across cell therapy products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience with cell therapy analytical methods is valued.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and method validation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide bioassay, flow cytometry and/or molecular biology analytical expertise for QC investigations.
• Design, plan and execute experiments; contribute to data analysis and method development.
• Support transfer of methods and method validation in compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Author and review technical documents (test methods, SOPs, reports).
• Lead project and CAPA related tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.
