Job summary

Artiva Biotherapeutics Inc. seeks a scientifically driven analyst to develop and optimize flow cytometry and potency assays for allogeneic NK cell therapies. You will participate in assay method development, documentation and cross-functional collaboration to advance product characterization and release.

Ideal candidates have Ph.D. in a relevant field with 2+ years of industry experience, or an MS with 5+ years. NK/CAR-T exposure and assay qualification experience are pluses.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in immunology, microbiology, cell/molecular biology or biochemistry with 2+ years industry exp or MS with 5+ years exp.
• Expertise with flow cytometry, plate readers and automated counters.
• Experience with ELISA/MSD and qPCR/ddPCR is highly desirable.
• Cell potency-based assay development and NK/CAR-T experience is a plus.
• Experience with assay qualification/validation is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to assay development, optimization and characterization studies.
• Collaborate across analytical development, product development and QC teams.
• Develop assays for process development, product release and stability.
• Draft technical reports and SOPs; transfer assays to QC team.
• Present data to cross-functional teams and document methods.
