Job summary

Tempus is seeking a Senior Scientist, Applied Machine Learning and Generative AI, Pharma R&D to perform complex computational analyses and develop algorithms, causal models, and agent-based tools to advance the Tempus platform supporting drug R&D. Ideal candidate will have strong applied ML, causal inference, and generative AI skills, with experience building and applying LLMs and agentic systems.

• Perform complex computational analyses and develop ML algorithms, causal models and agent-based tools for drug R&D.
• Advance platform capabilities with new ML and generative AI features based on client needs.
