Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive R&D experience in electronics, with at least 3 years in leadership/principal scientist roles.
• Proven track record in advanced semiconductor materials, power electronics, sensor tech, embedded systems, or quantum computing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple R&D projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Design, execute, and analyze complex experiments and develop novel methodologies.
• Mentor and develop a team of scientists to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, and manufacturing to translate research into practical applications.
• Prepare and present technical reports, publications, and stakeholder presentations.
