Job summary

Qualifications

• Non-government/consulting engagement experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Advise program director on research profiles and experience criteria.
• Identify recruiting channels and facilitate introductions when authorized.
• Review short profiles and document evidence; final selection rests with officials.
• Provide occasional mentoring or short written recommendations.
• Translate technical needs into clear recruiting requirements without authority over ERDC research.
