Job summary

Geo Owl seeks an experienced Special Security Representative to support day-to-day SCI security within SCIFs and to help manage SCI programs and policies for Army Reserve personnel. The role collaborates with MIL leadership, SSOs, and contractor teams to ensure compliance with ICD-705 and IC security standards.

You will help train personnel, maintain security records, and support inspections and corrective actions while safeguarding classified information in line with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 3+ years of experience in SCI security or related field.
• Working knowledge of ICD-705 and SCIF requirements.
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community security policies and SCI processes.
• Experience with security inspections, audits, incident reporting, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with military leadership, government security personnel, and contractor teams.
• Onsite work at Fort Dix, NJ or Camp Bullis, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SCI security support within SCIFs.
• Support SCI program management and policy implementation.
• Coordinate with SSOs to ensure compliance with directives.
• Advise leadership on SCI policies and requirements.
• Monitor SCIF security practices and assist with corrective actions.
• Support Army Reserve MI training readiness.
• Maintain SCI security records and required reports.
• Assist with inspections and security assessments.
• Deliver SCI security training and indoctrination.
• Identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements to SCI security processes.
• Protect classified information and ensure regulatory compliance.
