Job summary

Effective School Solutions (ESS) seeks a Clinical Program Director for NuView Academy in Piscataway, NJ. You will lead clinical and operational success for K-12 students with high needs, supervise clinicians, and partner with school leadership to ensure top-tier care.

You bring an independent NJ license, 6–8 years of clinical work with youth, and 3–5 years of supervisory experience. ESS offers a structured program, strong resources, and career growth in leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and independent clinical license in NJ (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 6–8 years of clinical work with children/adolescents with behavioral/mental health needs.
• 3–5 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong relationships with school administrators, families, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to clinicians and staff.
• Lead treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation.
• Represent ESS in meetings with schools and districts.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliant clinical documentation and data analysis for improvement.
