Job summary

Effective School Solutions (ESS) provides school-based mental health services to 6,000+ K–12 students across multiple states. The role involves delivering direct clinical care within public schools, including individual, group, and family therapy, with a starting salary of $65,000–$75,000.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling and an active state license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), plus 3+ years working with youth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state where services are provided.
• 3+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based mental health services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Partner with families and facilitate parent support programming.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the program.
